ALESSIA MALLARDO
Italy
Performer and Dance Therapist. In my research, I started with dance as a therapeutic tool and moved on to dance as a narrative tool, from the study of myths to work on emotions, from trance and possession rituals to Butoh dance. A poetics of the body that reveals itself through the senses was born, in which the body becomes an active instrument of reception and transmission. The hands see, the eyes hear, silence tastes like a smell. For me, the space of dance is the place where you tell your story. When I see you dancing, I know where you are. When I lose myself, I question my body and find myself again. I consider that everyone has a rhythm within themselves and that as long as it is possible to find channels to express it, dance is for everyone. In my professional life, I cultivate art by creating performances, participating in dance and contemporary art festivals, taking dance to the streets, working for public and private institutions with projects that protect the right to childhood, and running dance workshops inspired by Dance Therapy and Japanese Butoh. All these paths intersect and influence each other constantly.

LAURA RAMBELLI
Italy
Creative, dreamer, performer, land artist, graphic designer, painter and graphic designer.
I create shapes related to human nature, the environment and the female world that I mold with different materials. I propose art installations that often become experiences for the public to experience art and get closer to wild nature.
The professional experiences are many in Italy and abroad, in art galleries, in open spaces and in nature.
My works and artistic performances reflect a complex creative process, wild, dreamlike and feminine that reaches an order thanks also to the continuous practices of meditation and yoga techniques.
In constant search for the next artistic project, the philosophy that Laura expresses is linked to nature, to her life as a woman, in her natural order but at the same time fantastic and magical.
The paths that this artist walks are an ancient and mysterious connection, they hide treasures where time has stopped in the distant past, a sleepy place, in its distance from everything.
A natural universe where the infinite shades of green, the calls of birds, the smell of humidity that becomes more and more wild with each step, live in function of death and new life, a perfect cycle, expressed with mathematical precision in the its chase, which refers to the Fibonacci sequence.

(Iran)
Art and literature are basic and original figures of my country, but because of the governmental and political circumstances, it has been neglected for years, and it leads to divide art into governmental art and independent art separately. Independent art which is sometimes critical and has been supported by an ideology, is not approved by the governors, so they never support Iranian artists financially and no other ways. Performance art doesn't have a long history in our country, it's been known as an alternative and critical art. During all these years i've worked independently and I’ve never considered it as a medium art, it's been part of my life. My works are mostly about war, peace, freedom, women’s right and also contemporary art. I've tried to introduce it to the young audience in all big cities of Iran. And also sometimes I did it abroad about the topics which are not allowed here in Iran. I believe an artist belongs to wherever he was born, since the society creates intellectual an cultural thoughts of him, but on the other hand, expression freedom is a necessary for an artist, he should be able to pass the boundaries and to be connected with his international audience. These days the only thing occupies my mind is finding new audience and make connection between eastern and western art, I’m thinking of a world in which art make people closser despite of the ideas of the politicians.
